RACV Redspot Industry Survey 2011 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition terms and conditions apply. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Victoria only. Employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter. This competition is restricted to the State of Victoria.
3. Entrants who submit a location for the RACV Industry Redspot Survey 2011 using a Redspot Industry Survey 2011 form available at/from:
   1. www.redspotsurvey.com.au/industry
   2. through selected bus depots; and
   3. by direct mail from the RACV Public Policy Department,
   and provide their contact details between 6 June 2011 and midnight 3 July 2011 (“the promotion period”) will be entered into the draw.
4. Eligible entrants can only enter the competition once.
5. RACV will conduct one prize draw at 4:00pm, on 8 July 2011 at RACV, Level 1, 550 Princes Highway, Noble Park North 3174 Victoria. The first fifteen valid entries drawn will each win a prize.
6. The winner will be notified by mail and telephone.
7. Each prize consists of two Gold Class cinema movie vouchers to the value of $78. Vouchers are valid for adults and are valid at all Village Cinemas, Greater Union and Birch, Carroll & Coyle locations throughout Australia, 7 days a week.
8. The total prize pool is valued at $1,170.
9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash. The prize must be taken or used by the date specified on the voucher and is subject to any conditions stipulated on the voucher.
10. Any transfer costs associated with travelling from and to the winner's place of residence are at the winner's expense.
11. The promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If a prize is not claimed by the winner within three months of the date of the draw, the prize will be deemed to be forfeited by the winner and RACV will conduct a second draw. If a second draw is required it will occur on 10 October 2011 at 11:00am and the winner(s) notified by mail and telephone. Any second draw will take place at RACV, Level 1, 550 Princes Highway, Noble Park North 3174 Victoria and the first valid entry or entries drawn will win the prize for that draw until a total of fifteen winners have been drawn across the first and second draw. Any further unclaimed prizes will be deemed forfeited by the winners.
13. The promoter is RACV Sales and Marketing Pty Ltd ABN 11 005 258 702, 550 Princes Highway, Noble Park North Vic 3174.
14. The promoter will not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the acceptance and use of prizes by winners.
15. In the event they are a winner, entrants consent to permit the promoter, its contractors or agents to use the entrant's personal information, including any personal information known to the promoter from the entrant's membership number, or provided to the promoter by the entrant pursuant to this promotion, in whole or in part, in any media or any manner whatsoever, without remuneration, limitation or restriction, including for promotional and advertising purposes to promote the promoter and its business.
16. No responsibility is accepted for lost, misdirected or delayed mail.
